What You’ll Be Doing

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic equipment

• Follow manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to build products accurately

• Inspect components and completed assemblies to ensure quality and proper fit

• Use measuring equipment such as torque wrenches, calipers, and other precision tools

• Package finished products to ensure they arrive to customers in excellent condition

• Operate manufacturing equipment including press brakes, fastener machines, and index machines

• Perform basic sheet assembly, body work, and carpentry-related tasks when required

• Assist with installation of lights, wiring, and electrical components

• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as needed

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and return tools at the end of each shift

• Report defective materials or issues to the supervisor

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment when required

What We’re Looking For

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing drawings

• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment

• Ability to work independently and follow production schedules

• Forklift or overhead crane experience is a plus

• MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS ASSEMBLE EXPERIENCE

• Remove excess weld, slag, and spatter to ensure clean and accurate finishes.
• Preheat work pieces using hand torches or furnaces; position, clamp, and assemble components using jigs or fixtures; perform tack welding to secure assemblies.

Education/Experience:

• Two year welding certificate from an accredited college or technical school; or 6 to 12 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Use math skills for measuring and converting units. Accurately measure with tape measure and square (to 1/32”)
