Ready to put your welding skills to work? OneSource Staffing is hiring experienced MIG & TIG Welders for a growing manufacturing company offering competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term opportunities.
Perform MIG & TIG welding on fabricated metal components
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and cut lists
Produce high-quality welds with strong penetration and clean appearance
Operate plasma cutters, torches, and shop equipment
Use measuring tools to ensure precision and quality
Maintain a safe, organized work area
MIG and/or TIG welding experience (TIG experience is a plus!)
Ability to read blueprints and tape measures
Experience using hand tools and fabrication equipment
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
$17.50–$24.00/hour (based on experience)
