We’re hiring a skilled Welder/Fabricator for a reputable manufacturing company in the Berwick area. If you have hands-on experience, take pride in your work, and can read blueprints like a pro—this is your opportunity to join a team where your skills are valued.

Schedule:

Monday – Friday | 1st Shift
Overtime available

What You’ll Do:

• Perform MIG welding to assemble and fabricate metal components
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications
• Operate fabrication equipment including brake press, plasma cutters, and shears
• Measure, cut, and fit materials to precise specifications
• Inspect finished welds to ensure strength, quality, and consistency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and company standards

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of welding/fabrication experience required
• Strong MIG welding skills (clean, consistent welds)
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements
• Experience with fabrication tools and machinery
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and team-focused
