Warehouse Manager – E-commerce Fulfillment
Location: Tobyhanna, PA
Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: M-F 8:30am-5pm / one weekend day with Assistant Mgr. or due to work load
The Assistant Warehouse Manager is the same days but hours are mostly 2nd shift - flexibility of working second shift from 11:00 AM or 12:00 noon till 9:00 PM or 10:00 PM.
Warehouse Manager is 75-85k
Assistant Manager is 70-75k

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of warehouse or logistics experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Strong working knowledge of WMS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Physically capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Mandarin) is a plus
About the Role:
A leading US-based 3PL is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our high-performance team specializing in cross-country Ecommerce fulfillment. This position plays a key leadership role in daily operations, managing warehouse staff, ensuring inventory accuracy, and driving efficiency across all aspects of warehouse and material handling functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct on-site personnel and oversee equipment use and material management in accordance with internal processes and customer commitments.
Ensure warehouse operations meet all required standards, including fire safety and OSHA regulations.
Maximize warehouse space and labor efficiency. Develop staff schedules based on volume forecasts and operational priorities.
Maintain a culture of safety. Lead training initiatives and mentor staff to promote best practices and prevent accidents.
Supervise inbound operations, ensuring accurate and timely receiving of containers. Lead cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
Leverage Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other tools to support tracking, reporting, and process improvement.
- Support implementation and monitoring of warehouse KPIs such as order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time shipments.
- Help develop and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflow and reduce errors.
