Warehouse Team Lead – 2nd Shift

 Location: Mahanoy City, PA
 Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
 Shift: 2nd Shift | 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time | Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary

OneSource Staffing is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead for our client, located in the Mahanoy City area. The Warehouse Lead will oversee a team of warehouse associates to ensure operations run efficiently, safely, and accurately.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and enjoys motivating a team to achieve daily goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a department of 10+ warehouse associates
• Assign, monitor, and evaluate daily workflow
• Train employees and ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Oversee inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations
• Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork
• Operate and understand warehouse equipment (pickers, forklifts, reach trucks)
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are consistently met
• Support warehouse management and perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• 1–2 years of supervisory or lead experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Dependable, organized, and strong communication skills
• Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to business needs
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
• Must be 18 years or older

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand/walk for long periods on the warehouse floor
• Must be able to lift up to 49 lbs as needed
