Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Associates to join our dynamic logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including inventory management, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive approach to warehouse activities. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to efficient distribution processes and ensure customer satisfaction through accurate and timely handling of goods.

Duties

  • Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software to track inventory levels, process orders, and update records accurately.
  • Assist with order picking, packing, and staging to ensure timely fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Use RF scanners, pallet jacks, Cherry Picker, Turret truck and load/unload equipment to move goods safely within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts using inventory management software.
  • Prepare shipments by packaging products according to specifications, ensuring compliance with trade regulations and shipping logistics standards.
  • Support shipping & receiving activities by verifying incoming and outgoing shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
  • Collaborate with logistics teams to optimize warehouse distribution processes and improve overall operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, trade compliance standards, and international trade regulations at all times.
  • Assist in stocking shelves, organizing storage areas, and maintaining a clean warehouse environment.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to order status or shipment issues professionally.

Experience & Requirements

  • Prior experience working in a warehouse environment or distribution center is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations including order picking & packing, shipping logistics, and inventory management practices.
  • Proficiency in using warehouse management systems (such as AS400 or similar ERP systems) and inventory management software.
  • Basic math skills for counting, measurements, and verifying quantities accurately.
  • Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners, or other warehouse equipment is advantageous; certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with international trade regulations is a plus.
  • Strong data entry skills combined with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting purposes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology platforms like MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems or E-commerce platforms.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team while maintaining safety standards.
  • Clean Background and drug test
