What You’ll Do

Lead and support packaging team members on the pharmaceutical production line
Communicate daily goals and assign tasks
Monitor machines to ensure efficient operation
Ensure product quality, lot numbers, and expiration dates are accurate
Complete production documentation and inspection forms
Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues
Assist with line changeovers and inventory counts
Maintain a clean and safe work environment following GMP standards
Track downtime and help improve production efficiency
Assist with training new team members

What We’re Looking For

Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing line leader experience required.
Previous leadership or line lead experience preferred.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
Must have strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills while following GMP guidelines.
