What You’ll Do

• Lead and support packaging team members on the pharmaceutical production line
• Communicate daily goals and assign tasks
• Monitor machines to ensure efficient operation
• Ensure product quality, lot numbers, and expiration dates are accurate
• Complete production documentation and inspection forms
• Coordinate with maintenance for equipment issues
• Assist with line changeovers and inventory counts
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following GMP standards
• Track downtime and help improve production efficiency
• Assist with training new team members

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical packaging or manufacturing line leader experience required.
• Previous leadership or line lead experience preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for the duration of the shift.
• Must have strong communication, documentation, and leadership skills while following GMP guidelines.
