OneSource Staffing is seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys a high volume, fast paced environment. This position for a Team Lead located in Mountain Top.

Mezzanine Lead – 2nd Shift (Full-Time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM (with overtime as needed during weekdays or weekends, depending on order volume)

Pay Rate: $18–$22 per hour

Are you a natural leader with a strong focus on safety, quality, and efficiency? We’re looking for experienced Mezzanine Leads to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll be the go-to leader on the production floor—driving smooth operations, supporting team members, and keeping production on track.

What You’ll Do:

• Recognize, alert, and correct safety concerns while enforcing all PPE requirements.
• Lead pre-shift production meetings and communicate priorities to the team.
• Ensure smooth start-up and seamless transition between shifts.
• Delegate job responsibilities based on production needs.
• Prioritize rushes and remakes to guarantee order completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized production area.
• Attend daily team lead meetings.
• Print, organize, and distribute production tags.
• Assign and monitor remakes/rushes throughout the shift.
• Ensure quality checks are performed consistently.
• Support operators to meet or exceed production goals.
• Ensure proper training of new employees.
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

• Must pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Attention to detail with a focus on safety and quality.
• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred.
