Required Experience: Ability to use Dial Calipers is a requirement to apply.

• Familiarity with Stainless and Cold Rolled sheet metal is Required.
• Press Brake Operation (Preferred)
• CNC Machine Operation (Plus!)
• Proficiency using dial calipers (required)
• Experience working with stainless steel and cold rolled sheet metal

Preferred Skills (not required):

• Press brake operation
• CNC machine operation
• Additional fabrication experience such as:
• Punch press

Position Details:

• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Starting Pay: $21 to $24 per hour
• Overtime as needed to meet production deadlines

Key Job Duties: Tending Fabricating Machines

• Operate Press Brake machines
• Read blueprints/job orders for product specifications (dimensions, tolerances, tooling instructions, etc.)
• Set up tools per CNC programming and secure work pieces
• Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and accuracy
• Identify various metals (stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum)
• Use lift trucks (preferred) or be willing to obtain certification
• Use math skills for measuring and converting units
• Accurately measure with tape measure and square (to 1/32”)

Education/Experience:

Two-year technical degree or certificate preferred; 1 to 2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
