Job Opportunity: Shipping & Receiving Specialist
1st Shift – Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:00pm
$18/hr

Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for managing inventory, handling materials, and ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse. The goal is for you to become a Level 1 Operator and learn all aspects of the shipping and receiving functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate RF devices and basic computer systems to manage warehouse tasks
• Ensure inventory control, including material movement, labeling, and consolidation
• Safely use forklifts and attachments to move materials
• Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE
• Repack and label items as needed, ensuring accuracy and safety
• Perform housekeeping duties and maintain clean work areas
• Accurately scan, build, and transfer materials
• Follow all Food Safety and allergen handling guidelines

Qualifications:

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with RF devices
• Knowledge of ERP systems and warehouse functions
• Forklift certification
• Ability to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Strong attention to detail, especially with inventory control and labeling
• Ability to safely handle and move materials in the warehouse
