Job Listing: Regional Director
Position: a Regional Director for our Buffalo Regional Support Office
Territories: 45-minute radius around the Williamsville Office
Position Overview:
The Regional Director is responsible for day-to-day operations, team management, and franchise sales within their territory for a Commercial cleaning company. This role requires a strategic, results-driven professional who can balance leadership with hands-on involvement in sales and operational activities.
Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break).
- Occasional weekends and evenings as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team of seven, including:
- 1 Regional Sales Representative
- 2 Sales Representatives
- 3 Franchise Advisors
- 1 Administrative Coordinator
- Develop and manage a high-performing team, leveraging your leadership experience.
- Demonstrate expertise in hunter sales, including cold calling and lead generation.
- Drive team performance to meet and exceed company goals.
- Support franchise sales and business development activities.
- Ensure smooth regional operations while aligning with the company’s vision, mission, and values.
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing multiple departments (Sales and Operations).
- Demonstrated success in hunter sales, with strong cold-calling skills.
- Strong leadership and mentoring abilities to develop high-performing teams.
- Ability to document and present past success in similar roles.
- Minimum of 3 years of management experience or relevant training.
- College degree or an exceptional history of professional achievements.
- Familiarity with P&L management, business planning, and operational experience in the service industry is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $70,000–$85,000 (based on experience)
- Commission Potential: $15,000–$20,000 in the first 12 months
