Pay: $17.00 – $22.00/hour (DOE) | Full-Time Opportunity

One Source Staffing is now hiring a Radial Drill Operator for a local, well-established company in the Berwick area. If you have hands-on machining experience and are looking for a stable, full-time position with growth potential—this is your opportunity!

What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate radial drill machines to drill, tap, and bore materials
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Ensure precision by using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, etc.)
• Perform routine machine maintenance and adjustments
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 1 year of radial drill or machining experience required
• Ability to read blueprints and follow detailed instructions
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
