Quality Inspector – 1st Shift | Turbotville, PA | $20 to $24/hr.

Position & Pay

• Shift: 1st Shift (Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)
• Pay Range: $20 to $24/hr (final rate based on experience & interview)

Note: This is not a train as you go role; you must have prior QA Inspection/Assurance experience.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years in a quality control or assurance role
• Proficient with Vernier, Dial, and Digital Calipers (significant caliper use required)
• Experience with QA systems and interpreting blueprints/specs
• NDT (ultrasonic or dye penetrant testing) and micrometer experience a plus
• ISO company experience preferred (certification not required)

Core Responsibilities:

• Inspect and test structural steel parts for bridges, cranes, and other large components
• Use micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools to verify dimensions and tolerances
• Perform first article, in process, final, and receiving inspections
• Compare finished parts against blueprints and quality standards; document findings
• Accept, reject, or hold product and communicate results to the production team
• Maintain accurate inspection records in the company’s QA system

Requirements:

• Ability to work independently, follow instructions, and adapt to new processes
• Must pass background check and drug screen (at no cost to you)
• Steel toe footwear required; all other PPE provided

**This position is not a train-as-you-go role. You must have Quality Assurance / Inspection experience.**
