OneSource Staffing is currently hiring Production Operators for a leading manufacturing company in Green Lane, PA. If you're looking for a consistent full-time schedule with 3 days off every week, this is a great opportunity!

Schedule & Pay

Day Shift: Monday – Wednesday | 6:45 AM – 7:00 PM | Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

Overnight Shift: Monday – Wednesday | 6:45 PM – 7:00 AM| Starting Pay: $17.00/hour

There will be mandatory overtime on Thursdays

Position Summary

As a Production Operator, you'll operate injection molding and assembly equipment to manufacture high-quality products. You'll be responsible for monitoring production, performing quality inspections, assembling products, packaging finished goods, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment.

What You'll Do

• Operate one or more injection molding machines and production equipment.
• Assemble, trim, drill, package, and inspect products according to work instructions.
• Perform quality inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
• Review work orders and job instructions before beginning production.
• Complete production counts and required documentation accurately.
• Monitor equipment and report quality or safety concerns immediately.
• Maintain production efficiency while meeting quality standards.
• Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe.
• Participate in paid training and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualification Requirements:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and ability required.

*Education and/or experience:

High school diploma or equivalent is desired, the associate must have the ability to comprehend detailed written instructions and procedures. Training is provided to entry-level positions

* Language skills:

Must know how to read and write English. All paperwork requirements must be in English

*Mathematical skills:

Ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations

*Reasoning Ability:

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to work in a team environment

Physical Demands:

*While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools or controls and talk or hear. the employee is frequently required to walk, stand and reach with hands and arms. Lifting of up to 50 pounds is required. Standing for up to 8 hours is required. 

Work Environment:

*While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works near moving mechanical parts and machinery. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
