We are currently seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team at a dynamic manufacturing facility in the Hanover Industrial Park. This exciting opportunity offers a rotating schedule designed to provide a healthy work-life balance.

Schedule:

• Training: Day Shift (temporary)
• Permanent Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Rotation: 3 Days On / 3 Days Off
• 12-Hour Shifts

Important Note: New hires will undergo training during the day shift initially. Upon successful completion of training, employees will transition to the permanent night shift schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and oversee manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety and efficiency.
• Perform machine setups and make basic adjustments as necessary.
• Interpret measuring devices and production specifications accurately.
• Conduct quality checks to uphold company standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the work environment.
• Adhere to safety protocols and production procedures.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in machine operation is essential.
• Basic mechanical knowledge is required.
• Proficient in using hand tools, such as screwdrivers and L-squares.
• Possess accuracy in using a measuring tape in millimeters (mm).
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Reliable transportation and exceptional attendance record.

• Previous machine operating experience is required.
• Must be able to safely operate production/manufacturing equipment.
