GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Machine operators (weavers or warpers) monitor production and quality on multiple high-speed, automated machines. The position requires good vision, dexterity, precision, and mobility to maintain production standards.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Machine operation
Visual inspection of yarn and woven fabric
Make manual repairs to yarn and woven fabric (using instruments/small equipment)
MINOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES:
Carrying rolls of yarn (5 lbs or less)
