Job Title: Procurement Specialist / Associate
Location: Bethlehem, PA
Job Type: Full-Time, Contract (1 year, potential to become permanent)
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Pay: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour

About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist/Associate to join our team on a contract basis. This position is expected to last about one year, with the possibility of becoming permanent. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with prior experience in procurement or finance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update wholesale costing in ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012).
• Manage/create Purchase Info Record in SAP.
• Assist with tracking impact of costing changes to product margins.
• Effectively communicate with both internal and external business partners to resolve pricing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with merchandising pricing managers to efficiently maintain product margins and align on pricing and margin strategy.
• Maintain and update supplier contracts in Ivalua.
• Assist with tracking cost savings and avoidance initiatives

Skills & Requirements:

• Experience in Finance and/or Procurement-related fields preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 preferred.
• Prior experience with SAP preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to independently solve problems and make sound decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
