 *** This is a Metalworking (NOT Training) position. you must have PRIOR  MILL/LATHE Experience and Micrometers & Calipers usage on your resume to be considered.*** 

 This is NOT a Training position, you will be making parts for Bridges and Large Cranes.

There are Two (2) shifts are available, with pay Starting @ $19 an hour.

Position Details:  Final pay rate is contingent on experience and shift

• 2^nd: Monday to Friday from 3 pm - 11:30 pm,
• 3^rd: Monday to Friday from 11 pm - 7:30 am,  
  • Shift Differential for 2nd & 3rd shifts.

*Mill and Lathe experience is required*

What We’re Looking For: Experience, Training or a combination of both.

• 4+ years of Metal Working experience (Experience with Micrometers & Calipers is REQUIRED!).
• Formal schooling in machining and/or machine operation experience.
• Stable job history – Must have been with your previous employer for at least 3 years.
• Committed work ethic – Consistent in staying with one job!

Job Duties:

You would work as a floor production machine operator. Associates will also be responsible for ensuring products meets safety and quality standards.

• Familiar with measuring parts and knowledgeable in the use of Micrometers & Calipers.
• Learn to Run and Maintain Mills and Lathes.
• Work smaller runs, making steel parts.

Requirements: Ability to follow Instruction and take Direction.

• Willingness to learn new Skills & Processes.
• Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all pre-screening is performed at no cost to the applicant.
• This is a Production / Machining operation on concrete, so Steel-Toe footwear is required. All other Safety Gear / PPE are provided.
• Mill and Lathe experience is required.
• Take and Pass a Machining Assessment Test before interviewing.
