• Base pay is based on position, starting at $20 /hr. up to $24 /hr. based on your experience and proven ability.

Responsibilities  Residential Plumbing Experience is REQUIRED

 This is the installation of water, gas and other piping systems in residential projects.

Duties:

• Assemble and install plumbing fixtures, including sinks, toilets bathtubs.
• Setup connections for appliances, such as dishwashers and water heaters.
• Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.
• Follow blueprints to determine the location of piping runs and equipment and to ensure conformance to building and safety codes.
• Use a variety of tools and equipment such as power construction equipment.
• Work from ladders, scaffolds and stilts.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of Construction Plumbing experience.
• Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all pre-screening is performed at no cost to the applicant. 
• These are commercial construction positions, so protective footwear is required. All other safety gear is provided.
