OneSource is currently hiring an Administrative Assistant for an Abstract Company in Bloomsburg, PA!

$18.00 / Hour - WEEKLY PAY!

SHIFT DETAILS

1st Shift (PART-TIME),  10am – 5pm

3-4 days a week (Mon – Fri)

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conducting research within public records, such as county clerk's offices, to gather information about land ownership, liens, and other relevant details.
• Entering and updating information into relevant databases and systems.
• Maintaining and organizing files related to land use permits, site plans, and other relevant documents.
• Assisting the public with inquiries and providing information regarding land use regulations and procedures.
• Answering phones, managing schedules, and providing general administrative support.

 REQUIREMENTS

• Working in a high-pressure environment requires skills to manage stress effectively and maintain focus.
• The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and unexpected demands is vital.
• Accuracy is crucial in this role, especially when dealing with legal documents and regulations.
• Essential for managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
