Join our client’s  team as a Human Resources Specialist with a focus on hourly recruitment, onboarding, and HR tasks. If you're passionate about finding top talent and ensuring a smooth on boarding experience, this is the role for you!

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

• Pre-screen resumes for hourly plant positions.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring Managers.
• Create offer letters
• Implement creative recruitment strategies for top talent sourcing.
• Schedule pre-employment drug tests and background checks.
• Manage onboarding activities for new hires
• Run weekly time and attendance reports to track employee attendance.
• Undertake various human resources tasks and projects.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-4 years of HR Specialist experience, preferably in manufacturing/industrial settings.
• Impeccable attention to detail, organizational skills, and multitasking abilities.
• Must have experience in manufacturing recruiting 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all workforce levels.
• Ability to work with integrity, urgency, and effectively handle conflicts and emergencies.
• High energy level and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management.
