Material Handler – Picker/Packer Position Available in Easton, PA!

OneSource Staffing is now accepting applications for a Material Handler for one of our clients, a fulfillment company in Easton, PA.

Position Details:

• Shift: 1st Shift (Monday-Friday) 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Overtime as needed)
• Pay Rate: $15.50 per hour
• Location: Easton, PA
• Requirements: 5-panel drug test and 7-year background check (No violence, drugs, or theft)

Job Duties:

• Handle distribution tasks without the use of material-handling equipment.
• Record relevant daily production information on time sheets.
• Light manufacturing duties, including operating shrink-wrap equipment and screw guns.
• Accurately read and process carton labels, price labels, SKU labels, etc.
• Locate products on pallets (bending, stooping, and reaching).
• Maintain accurate inventory counts.
• Meet production standards/goals set by supervisors and operations managers.
• Safely use RF scanners and other equipment (pallet jacks, PCs, scanners, printers, etc.).
• Keep work area clean and follow recycling guidelines.
• Attend the daily start-up meeting promptly at 3:00 PM.
• Must adhere to the company’s attendance policy; repeated tardiness or absenteeism will result in termination.

Requirements:

• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Must pass a 5-panel drug test and 7-year background check.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Strong attendance record and punctuality.
• Dress code and appropriate footwear will be discussed during the interview.
