About Us:

OneSource HR Solutions is seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and play a key role in generating leads and propelling our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Marketing & Lead Generation:
  • Develop and execute targeted marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., social media, email marketing) to generate qualified leads.
  • Create compelling content (e.g., blog posts, social media content) to engage our target audience and establish brand awareness.
  • Utilize Google Analytics and Ads to track campaign performance and optimize strategies for maximum impact.
• Sales & Client Development:
  • Conduct outbound calls to businesses of varying sizes across designated territories in multiple states.
  • Effectively communicate our value proposition to generate interest and set appointments for the sales team.
  • Manage client databases and meticulously maintain appointment schedules.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and sales.
  • Assist with other marketing initiatives as needed.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (marketing, sales, customer service).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1-2 year of experience in marketing and/or sales (sales or staffing experience a plus).
• Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email marketing preferred).
• Experience with content creation (blog posts, social media content).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Ads.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
