Get started making $17.00 an hour, based on your experience and proven ability..

*These are Full-Time positions, involving the Production, Packing & Cleaning in a Dairy Production facility.*

Position Details:  

• 1^st Shift: Monday to Friday
• With start times of 5 am to 1 pm or 6 am to 3 pm
• (2) 15 min breaks and 30 min Paid Lunch.

  This is a Physical Labor position, that requires attention to detail and fast-pacing.

** Previous experience in dairy product production or a related field is preferred but not required.**

Job Duties: 

• This is a wet and hot working environment.
• Job could include packing machine operation or work as part of a production team.
• Client is looking for employees that they can develop, retain and ultimately hire permanently.
• You must have the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, have reliable transportation to work, ability to perform labor for 5 days a week, up to 8 hours a day, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to comprehend and follow all company procedures and regulations regarding food handling and sanitation. Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Prioritize Food Safety above all else while performing every task.
• Other duties as assigned.

 Requirements: Strong Attendance & Punctuality are Essential to be Successful in this role.

• Ability to follow Instructions and take Direction.
• Willingness to learn new Skills & Processes.
• Specific vision abilities that include close vision and distance vision (Corrected).

• Lift and or move up to 50 lbs. regularly, kneel, stoop stretch, climb, talk, and hear.

• This is a Food operation in & around raw product and finished food; Hair & Beard Nets are required.
• No Earrings, Jewelry, Facial Piercings or Gauges. (Can wear PLAIN Wedding Band only).
