Machine Operator – 2nd & 3rd Shifts | Turbotville, PA | $19 to $22/hr.

OneSource Staffing is hiring experienced Machine Operators for direct-hire roles with a premier manufacturing client in Turbotville, PA. If you’re looking for a company that values work/life balance and invests in your growth, we want to hear from you!

Pay & Schedule:

• Pay: $19–$22 per hour (final rate based on experience & shift)
• 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Monday to Friday, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  • Shift differential applies for 2nd & 3rd shifts

*Longevity with prior employers is critical for serious consideration.*

Key Qualifications:

• 4+ years of machine operating experience (mills, lathes, or similar)
• Proven use of micrometers & calipers (strong resume entry)
• Stable employment history (minimum 3 years with most recent employer)
• Formal training in machining or relevant technical coursework a plus

Core Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and maintain production machinery (mills, lathes, etc.)
• Measure and inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Produce small batch steel components to meet quality and safety standards
• Follow written instructions and verbal direction; learn new processes quickly
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; adhere to all PPE and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Must pass background check and drug screening (at no cost to you)
• Steel toe footwear required (other PPE provided)
