About the Position: This is not a training role – we need CNC pros who can jump in and produce precision parts for bridges and large cranes using G-Code programming on-the-fly.

Location: Turbotville, PA
Pay Range: $25.00–$30.00/hr. (based on experience & shift)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Mon–Fri, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Mon–Fri, 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM
  * Shift differentials offered for 2nd & 3rd shifts!

Requirements: Formal training or equivalent hands-on experience in machining

• 4+ years CNC metal machining experience (manual machining a plus)
• Experience with on-the-fly G-Code programming & ability to program Mills and Lathes
• Familiarity with micrometers, calipers, and other precision tools
• Comfortable taking a Machining Assessment Test
• Stable work history – 3+ years with prior employer preferred
• CAD/CAM coursework or relevant experience is a bonus
• MasterCam and SolidWorks knowledge = extra credit!

Must: Be able to follow instructions, take direction, and show a commitment to learning and process improvement.

What You'll Do: Work as a floor production machinist/programmer

• Create and modify G-Code programs mid-production
• Measure components and ensure quality standards
• Operate within a high-safety, concrete-floor environment
• Wear steel-toe footwear (all other PPE provided)
