Industrial Maintenance Technician – 2nd Shift (Direct Hire)
Location: Marysville, PA
Pay: $20 – $25 / hr.+ Based on Experience
OneSource Staffing is seeking a full-time Industrial Maintenance Technician to become a valued member of the Maintenance Crew with a respected food production company in Marysville, PA. This is a long-term opportunity with great benefits, a team-oriented culture, and opportunities for advancement.
Schedule & Pay:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
- Initial training across all 3 shifts
- Starting at $20/hr. for entry-level candidates (higher rates based on experience)
Key Responsibilities: Work with other Skilled Technicians, sharing knowledge & support.
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment
- Diagnose root causes of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and facility infrastructure (lighting, septic, grounds, etc.)
- Set up and test machinery during equipment start-ups
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and request necessary parts or tools
- Operate tools and machines including lathe, drill press, and grinder to fabricate/repair parts
- May be required to drive a company vehicle for site-related tasks
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of industrial maintenance experience preferred
- AA/AS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance is a plus
- Ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and technical manuals
- Proficient in applied math, including geometry, ratios, and trigonometry
- Strong troubleshooting, safety, and communication skills
Additional Requirements:
- Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license
- Clean driving abstract required (reviewed during hiring process)
- Must pass background and drug screening (provided at no cost)
- Steel-toed boots required (annual $100 reimbursement provided)
- Must provide basic tools: hammer, tape measure, and tool belt
