Location: Bangor, PA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 12-hour rotating shift (Dupont schedule – 3 days on, 3 days off)
Hours: 8am-8pm/8pm-8am

What You’ll Do

• Follow detailed batch records and document production steps accurately (GMP).
• Operate equipment and Powered Industrial Vehicles (training provided).
• Weigh, package, and move materials throughout the process.
• Clean and maintain reactors, filters, and other production areas.
• Monitor batch progress (temperature, clarity, volume) and record data.
• Support a strong safety and quality culture every day.

What We’re Looking For

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing, warehouse, or production setting preferred.
• Comfortable with physical work including lifting, moving, and standing for long periods.
• Dependable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn new processes.
