This is a direct-hire opportunity offering steady hours, great pay, and a company that truly values work/life balance.

*Longevity with prior employers is critical for serious consideration.* 3+ years preferred

Schedule:

• Day Shift | Monday – Friday
• 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Mandatory 50-hour workweek)

Pay Range:

• Base Pay: $16.00 to $19.00/hr. (based on experience & position)
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: + $2.50/hr. (paid weekly!)
• Total Potential Earnings: $18.50 – $21.50/hr.

Open Positions (Experience Required):

• Yard
• Molding
• Wrappers
• Final Finish

Bring your own basic tools: hammer, tape measure, and tool belt

Requirements:

• Must pass a Measurement Test (1/16" scale) before interview
• Must have commercial construction experience
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (at no cost to you)
• Must complete a Work Fitness Evaluation (post-interview)
• Safety gear is provided onsite
