Position Overview:

This is a Direct Hire opportunity for Day Shift work.
You’ll work Monday to Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM — a mandatory 50-hour workweek.

Pay Range:

• Base Pay: $16.00 – $19.00/hr. (based on role & experience)
• Perfect Attendance Bonus: + $2.50/hr. (paid weekly)
• Total Earning Potential: $18.50 – $21.50/hr.

Now Hiring for the Following Skilled Trades (Experience Required):

• Sheet Metal Workers
• Roofers
• Plumbers
• Electricians

Must bring your own basic tools: hammer, tape measure, and tool belt

Requirements:

• Must pass a Measurement Test (1/16" scale) before interviewing
• Commercial construction experience is required
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (no cost to you)
• Must complete a Work Fitness Evaluation post-interview
• Safety gear will be provided on site
