Looking for a steady schedule that lets you actually enjoy your weekends? We’ve partnered with a great company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipper/Receiver to join their team on a Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM shift.

If you have forklift experience and enjoy staying active in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a key role in keeping operations moving smoothly by handling incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy and care.

Shipping & Receiving

• Prepare, pack, and ship parts and instruments according to specifications
• Receive incoming materials, verify shipments, and document discrepancies
• Accurately enter inventory and shipment data into ERP systems
• Deliver materials to appropriate departments in a timely manner
• Process postage and manage outgoing mail

Order Processing

• Verify order details and inspect materials for damage
• Assemble and package shipments to meet customer requirements
• Create shipping labels and documentation (UPS, FedEx, freight carriers)
• Complete shipping reports and maintain accurate finished goods inventory

What You Bring

• Forklift experience (required)
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Windows; ERP experience a plus)
• Prior shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain shipping and packing supplies inventory
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and preparing large shipments
• Operate packing equipment and warehouse tools
• Keep work areas clean and safe
• Follow all safety procedures and support continuous improvement efforts

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, and repetitive motion
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with moderate noise
