Compensation:
Hourly wage ranges from $18.00 to $25.00, based on experience.

Schedule & Benefits:

• Full-time position: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Position Overview:
We are currently hiring a Field Installation Laborer to support our installation team in the delivery and installation of stone and quartz countertops. The role involves working under the supervision of a Foreman to install kitchen countertops, vanity tops, fireplaces, and related stone components at customer sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in loading and unloading stone materials
• Deliver and carry stone pieces into customer locations
• Help with the installation of sinks, backsplashes, and countertop components
• Work closely with the Foreman and installation crew to ensure accurate and high-quality installations
• Maintain tools, equipment, and job site cleanliness

Qualifications:
Experience in the following areas is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate:

• Granite or quartz countertop installation
• Stone shop fabrication
• Residential or commercial construction
• Carpentry or woodworking
• Millwork installation
• Automotive repair or machine shop work

Required:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials - be able to lift 100 pounds -there are carts to move things as needed.
• Willingness to learn and take direction
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Valid driver’s license preferred
