Job Title: Inside Sales Representative!

OneSource Staffing is working with a client looking for a driven and energetic Inside Sales Representative. In this role, you will focus on customer acquisition through cold calling, referrals, and web leads. The ideal candidate will have prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a strong ability to close sales. You will work closely with potential clients to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prior sales experience is required (inside sales or outbound call center experience preferred).
• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and generate new business.
• Qualify leads from business directories, web searches, digital campaigns, and tradeshows.
• Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to meet those needs.
• Present company services to potential clients and respond to inquiries or follow-up questions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and ensure a smooth sales process.
• Maintain and manage a database of prospective clients using CRM tools like Salesforce and Excel.
• Track sales performance and metrics on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Build and maintain relationships with channel partners to assist in closing sales and increasing revenue.
