Position Details: Experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician

1st shift available, with starting dates within a week!  8 to 10 hour shifts.

• Monday to Friday schedule that varies from 6:30 pm – 4:30 pm starting @ $25 per hour!

• Potential OT on Saturday’s during Peak Times.

Job Duties

You would be responsible for the preventive, predictive, inspection and repair service to manufacturing equipment and facilities, as well as supervising others performing these tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install, Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, test, and maintain production and facility equipment and otherwise assess machines and equipment to determine root cause of malfunctions.
• Must be able to effectively conduct these functions on electrical components and on mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic machinery.
• Perform preventative and repair services on facilities of the establishment (septic, lighting, groundskeeping, etc.)
• Perform recordkeeping of maintenance actions, with Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel, etc.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Supervise Maintenance Technicians and Custodians.
• Administer & Maintain LOTO Program.

Education & Experience

• At least 4 years’ experience as a maintenance service technician in an industrial manufacturing facility or similar environment is preferred.  Combination of applicable experience and training is required.
• An AA/AS degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret schematics, mechanical drawings and a variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several concrete and abstract variables.
• Must be competent in basic math computations, Able to apply fractions, percentages, ratios and proportions to practical situations).
• Experience controlling maintenance budget and spending is preferred.

Requirements

• Valid PA Driver’s License.
• Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all prescreening is performed at no cost to the applicant. Footwear and dress code will be discussed at interview.
