We are actively hiring three (3) Industrial Electricians across two locations:

Scranton, PA (1 Opening)

• 5-Day Workweek
• Rotating Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Wilkes-Barre, PA (2 Openings)

• 1 Day Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
• 1 Night Shift Opening – 12-Hour Schedule (4-On / 3-Off Rotation)
• Work approximately 14 days per month with full-time pay and benefits

This is a DIRECT HIRE position — not contract or temp. You will be hired directly by the company.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair low- and high-voltage industrial electrical systems
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
• Program, maintain, and troubleshoot PLCs
• Diagnose issues using multimeters, ohmmeters, and power tools
• Perform maintenance in compliance with NEC standards
• Support electrical work tied to construction and renovation projects
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes
• Collaborate with maintenance teams and other skilled trades

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• 2–5 years of industrial electrical experience (manufacturing preferred)
• Strong knowledge of industrial electrical systems
• Experience with PLCs, schematics, and blueprint reading
• Ability to safely work with low- and high-voltage systems
• Electrical certifications or licenses preferred
• Safety-focused with strong attention to detail
• Ability to troubleshoot independently
