OneSource Staffing is now hiring 1st Shift General Laborers for a well-established client in Milton, PA. This is your opportunity to get started quickly and earn $17.00/hour and start working within the week!

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 3:00 pm     **OT potential**
Positions: General Laborers: Sand, Buff, Inspect & Prepare for Painting
Location: Milton, PA

Note: This is a medium-to-heavy lifting / standing position that requires attention to detail and physical stamina.

Job Responsibilities: Manufacture of recreational and commercial truck caps

• Assist with Sanding, Inspecting, Buffing & Paint Prep.
• Safely and efficiently complete tasks according to SOP’s.
• Help minimize downtime and maintain steady production.
• Work on your feet for 8 to 10 hours.
• Willing to train for skilled positions after probationary period.

What You’ll Need:

• Manufacturing experience is Required.
• Auto body experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs. (team), kneel, stoop, and work in varying temperatures.
• Strong attention to detail, basic math skills, and good communication.
• Background check and drug screening (at no cost to you).
• Appropriate footwear and dress code (will be discussed).
