You must have 2+ years of construction experience to apply or be a Recent Grad (willing to train).

You will work 10 Hour shifts: Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4 pm, this is a Mandatory 50-Hour week.

Base pay is based on position, starting at $20 per hour.

Positions Available: 2+ Years of Experience is REQUIRED, unless you are new trade school grad.

Framer (Rough Carpenter)

Framers are responsible for erecting the structural skeleton of buildings -walls, floors, and roof trusses -based on blueprints and architectural specifications

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Measure, mark, and cut lumber accurately using hand and power tools
• Assemble and install studs, joists, floor framing, roof trusses, and shear walls
• Install sheathing and temporary bracing; ensure structures are level and plumb
• Coordinate with other trades to maintain schedules and uphold safety standards

Finisher (Finish Carpenter)

Finish carpenters follow framers and complete the more decorative and precise components of construction. They apply the final touches that define a space

Primary Duties:

• Install interior elements such as moldings, trim work, doors, windows, and cabinets
• Read blueprints to accurately finish details and ensure high aesthetic standards
• Use fine carpentry tools (e.g. finish nailers, sanders, chisels) with care for polish and precision
• Sand surfaces, fit components tightly, and ensure clean transitions between finish surfaces
• Basic electrical and painting skills

Key Traits & Capabilities:

• A steady hand and meticulous work ethic - less margin for error than framing
• Finely tuned measurement skills and ability to work with tight tolerances
• Good aesthetic sense and eye for detail.
• Proven experience in interior carpentry or trim work.

Essential Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong physical endurance and ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Precision in measurement and cutting; strong attention to detail
• Familiarity with construction tools: tape measures, framing squares, nail guns, circular saws, levels
• Ability to interpret construction documents and maintain safety code compliance
• Typically trained via apprenticeship or vocational programs; on-the-job experience is vital

Requirements:

• Must pass a Measurement Test (1/16" scale) before interview
• Must have commercial construction experience
• Must pass a background check and drug screen (at no cost to you)
• Safety gear is provided onsite

*Longevity with prior employers is critical for serious consideration.*  2+ years preferred
