File Clerk/Office Support (Long-Term Assignment)

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a steady, long-term position? We have the perfect opportunity for you!

Position: File Clerk/Office Support
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM (with a 1-hour lunch break)
Pay: $15.00 to $17.00 per hour (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining physical and digital files.
• Assisting with general office tasks, including data entry and answering phones.
• Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
• Providing support to office staff as needed.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
• Previous filing office experience is required.
