OneSource Staffing is seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as a  Machine Operator.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Line Setup: You will play a crucial role in setting up the production line. This involves loading the machine by threading steel wires into the rolling apparatus, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
• Machine Operation: Utilizing your expertise in machine controls, you will operate the equipment to form the final product. Your attention to detail and precision will be essential in maintaining high-quality standards.
• Troubleshooting: As a skilled Machine Operator, you will be responsible for minor troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks. This includes head welding of broken wires, a simple and effective process of joining two pieces of thin wire with the press of a button.

Details:

•  6pm to 6am Thursday, Friday & Saturday and a midnight to 6a on Wednesday  $19.50

  42 hour week with 2 hours OT every week

   Some machine experience, mechanical ability (ideally is familiar with pipe wrench and has worked with some form of plumbing BUT NOT MANDATORY, attention to detail, will be trained to trouble shoot, change out and clean machinery once a week and some computer literacy req.

  Will only need to wear a respirator when being exposed to chemical (10 minutes max) or cleaning out machinery (once a week)
  Associate will shadow until fully trained. Will load and unload rolls of plastic (using lifts and hoists) onto machine. Lifting up to 50 lbs.
