Ready to put your accounting experience to work? OneSource Staffing is hiring an experienced Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk for a well-established manufacturer in Turbotville, PA specializing in high-precision components for bridges and large cranes.

If you know your way around QuickBooks, Microsoft Office, invoices, payroll, and AR/AP, we want to talk to you!

PAY & SCHEDULE

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00/hr. | Based on experience
Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM
Location: Turbotville, PA

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

This is NOT a training position. We're looking for someone who can jump in, take ownership, and keep the accounting side of the operation moving.

• Manage daily Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable functions
• Enter, review, process, and reconcile invoices
• Process invoices through ERP and company-specific software
• Generate and maintain accurate financial reports
• Enter and process payroll
• Track jobs, shipments, and related financial information
• Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Previous AR/AP and accounting experience - REQUIRED
• Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy manufacturing environment
• Payroll experience is a PLUS
• Reliable work history - longevity with previous employers is critical for serious consideration

GOOD TO KNOW: This is an office position within a production/manufacturing facility.

• Steel-toe footwear is required outside of the office/administrative areas.
• Required safety equipment and PPE are provided.
• Background and drug screening are required as part of the eligibility process.
• All pre-employment screening is completed at NO COST to the applicant.
