Project Manager 

$75,000-100k yearly based on experience

If you have 2-3 years of experience and  the following skills this position is for you!

Blueprint reading, construction, and knowledge  of SKU’s. In charge of a specific client and all projects attached.  Travel required but is very limited - mostly on site in Tatamy, PA.

Steel manufacturing experience is a plus

• Serves existing accounts by analyzing work orders; planning daily travel schedules; investigating complaints; conducting tests; and resolving problems.
• Establishes service by studying system requirements; quoting installation services; ordering and gathering components and tools; maintaining tool inventory; and completing installations.
• Provide product training to staff, & new employees, Assist with product and installation-related questions from the sales team.
• Works with direct reports for timesheet approvals, expense approvals, field questions, and issues, and addresses quality and safety concerns.
• Audit sales quotations for part list accuracy.
• Maintains customer rapport by examining complaints; identifying solutions; suggesting improved methods and techniques.
• Document service and installation actions by completing site evaluations, measuring, and planning.
• Maintains customer confidence by keeping service information confidential.
• Accomplishes operations and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Required:

• Associate degree or equivalent business experience
• Mechanical Engineering or construction experience
• Ability to work with complex, custom design systems, including over 17,000 SKUs
• Customer-centric mindset
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Management experience is a must
• Willingness to travel ( limited)
• Proficiency with MS Office with emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
