Direct Hire position for Day shift!

You will work 10 Hour shifts: Monday to Friday from 6 am to 4:30 pm, this is a Mandatory 50-Hour week.

Base pay is based on position, starting at $16 / hr. up to $19 /hr. based on your experience and proven ability.

• Hourly PERFECT attendance bonus of $2.50 per hour worked - Paid Weekly.

* Every employee needs to provide their own basic tools: Hammer, Tape Measure & Tool Belt. *

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of construction experience (modular home building experience is a plus!).
• Stable job history – Must have been with your previous employer for at least 3 years.
• Committed work ethic – Consistent in staying with one job!
• Willing to learn to approach tasks in a customized fashion.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow blueprints and building specifications.

Responsibilities: - They vary by individual position.

• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute construction plans.
• Collaborate with team members on-site to ensure timely project completion.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Must take & pass a Measurement Test(1/16th scale) before interviewing.
• Required to have some Commercial experience as a Construction Professional.
• Background and drug tests are required for review of eligibility, all pre-screening is performed at no cost to the applicant.
• Safety gear is provided.
• Be able to Pass a Work Fitness Evaluation, that will be scheduled Post-Interview.
