Are you an experienced Calibrator who takes pride in accuracy and problem-solving? Our client company in Hatfield, PA is growing and looking to add 5 skilled Calibrators to their 2nd shift team (Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM).

What You’ll Do

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring products meet exact specifications through testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.

• Test and calibrate flow measurement controllers to customer specifications
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic calibration issues
• Set up and determine testing parameters (temperature, pressure, gas/liquid media, fixtures)
• Operate computer-assisted calibration systems, manual equipment, and Bell Provers
• Collect and record calibration data accurately
• Collaborate with Engineering to evaluate product or application issues
• Support customer simulations of flow conditions when needed
• Follow all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
• Maintain strong attendance and work effectively within a team

What You Bring

• High school diploma or GED (calibration experience preferred)
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with hand tools and ability to multitask
• Solid computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel a plus)
• Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Production setting with moderate noise levels
• Active role involving standing, walking, and repetitive motion
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity

A skills test is required as part of the hiring process.
