A QUAKERTOWN TECHNOLOGIES COMPANY IS HIRING EXPERIENCED CNC TECH III ON 2ND AND 3RD SHIFTS

2nd shift- 3:00pm-11:30pm Monday through Friday

3rd shift- 11:00pm-7:00am Sunday through Thursday working 35-36 hours per week considered full-time by the company, eligible for all benefits after 90 day temp to hire period!

 MUST HAVE 3-5 YEARS OF DOCUMENTED CNC MACHINE OPERATING EXPERIENCE TO APPLY

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

The basic function and purpose of the CNC Machine Tech III is to operate single or multiple spindle machines equipped with controls to machine a variety of materials, along with operating wire EDM, RAM EDM, and a variety of other machines.

*Requires a High School Diploma

*3-5 years experience in machining metals or plastics

-including but not limited to Swiss and Haas Machines

*3-5 years experience with lathe, mill and screw machines

*The senses of sight, speech (English), and hearing are required. The physical requirements are sitting or standing the majority of the shift in a manufacturing environment. Lifting of articles to a storage location, twisting, bending, stooping, and the ability to handle small parts involves good eye- hand coordination.

*Quality Assurance Experience

*Mental abilities are required to compute math formulas such as percentages, fractions, whole numbers and decimals. The ability to compute tool usage and material requirements.
