Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and tooling, with experience in programming and or operating CNC machines. This role is crucial for producing high-quality parts and components that meet precise specifications.

Duties

• Set up and operate CNC machines independently without supervision.
• Program CNC machines and write and save programs.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
• Use precision measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers and dial indicators to inspect finished products for accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues with machinery and make necessary adjustments to maintain production flow.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and implement lean manufacturing techniques.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist.
• Strong understanding of tooling, machining processes, and materials used in production.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is preferred.
• Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately.
• Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications are a plus.
