Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator with at least 2 years of hands-on experience to join a growing manufacturing team. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in precision work, understands machining processes, and thrives in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate CNC machines (mills, lathes, or other equipment) to produce quality parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Set up machines, load materials, and monitor production runs
• Perform routine inspections using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Make minor adjustments to ensure accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and production guidelines

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of CNC operating experience
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Experience with measuring instruments and inspection processes
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
