Ready to put your CAD skills to work? We’re hiring an experienced CAD Drafter for a steady, full-time opportunity with a well-established manufacturing company in Turbotville, PA.

If you’re comfortable in SolidWorks and understand metal machining, fabrication, and production drawings, we want to talk to you!

Position Overview:

This is not a training position - we’re looking for experienced CAD Drafting professionals who can hit the ground running, producing high-precision attachment parts for bridges, wire rope and large cranes. Y

Location: Turbotville, PA
Pay Range: $23.00 to $28.00/hr. (based on experience and shift)
Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Mon to Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
• Shift differentials offered for 2nd & 3rd shifts!

Note: A strong history of job stability is important — At least 3+ years of long-term work experience with past employers will set you apart.

Requirements:

• 2+ year of CAD drafting experience, preferably in metal machining or manufacturing
• Strong SolidWorks experience
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Understanding of dimensions, tolerances, and precision measurements
• Experience working with manufacturing or machining environments
• Ability to troubleshoot drafting/design issues and work with production personnel
• Proven job stability - we’re looking for long-term players

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop CAD drawings for metal machining and precision-manufactured parts
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications, dimensions, and tolerances
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure designs are production-ready
• Make drawing revisions and updates based on production requirements
