OneSource Staffing is seeking a highly motivated individual who enjoys a high volume, fast paced environment. This position for a Bilingual Safety Technician located in Mountain Top.

Position: Bilingual Safety Technician
Pay: $18-$23 per hour (Depending on Experience)
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM ***The assigned schedule would be 1^st shift Monday through Friday (Overtime as needed) but will need flexibility from the candidate to move throughout the different shifts as needed***

We're looking for a dedicated individual who can help maintain a safe work environment while effectively communicating safety protocols to our diverse workforce.  To Provide support for the safety dept. the safety tech will assist the safety manager in adhering to federal and state regulations and company safety and environmental policies. may work on the production floor or in the office to assist in the day-to-day activities associated with safety. 

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct safety inspections and audits
• Assist in implementing safety programs and procedures
• Provide training and guidance to employees in both English and Spanish
• Investigate incidents and recommend corrective actions

What You’ll Need:

• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Experience in a safety technician role preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety
