Pay & Schedule

$17.50–$20.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Monday–Friday | 1st Shift
Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire

What You'll Do

• Assemble mechanical and electrical components using hand and power tools
• Build machines, conveyors, robotic systems, and trailer components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and assembly drawings
• Perform equipment setup, adjustments, and changeovers
• Use measuring tools including calipers, rulers, and gauges
• Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, press brakes, and other production equipment
• Inspect completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Complete production paperwork and prepare finished equipment for shipping
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We're Looking For

• Mechanical assembly experience required
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or industrial assembly
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments
• Basic computer skills
• Forklift certification or willingness to become certified
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for an 8–10 hour shift
• Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced team environment
